As well as that he he teaches that it was made because Franklin Roosevelt served 4 terms and people thought the limit should be 2. February 27, 1951 was when it was ratified.

The first color show premiered in 1951. The show itself was called Premiere. It had featured many famous celebrities such as: Ed Sullivan, Garry Moore, Faye Emerson, Arthur Godfrey, Sam Levenson, Robert Alda, and Isabel Bigley. Premiere was showed from 4:35 to 5:34. Two days later CBS started showing the first regular-scheduled color television program called "The World Is Yours!". On weeknights it aired for half an hour(4:30-5:00).
